Delivery
Please refer to the specific products page where you will find shipping time estimations for some products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. We send all orders tracked. We do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.
Returns and Exchanges
If there is a defect or a problem with your order please contact us by emailing members@sundaypoloclub.com, we have a 14-day return policy, exchanges or store credit. Please return the item in its original packaging and unworn or the return will not be accepted. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any damage or spoiling will lead to the item being sent back to you. Please note that we are not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties.
Duties and Taxes
Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier. Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, SPC has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
