For the cleaning of our clothes, we recommend that you look at the label inside the garment, or the product sheet of each garment.

However, here are a few simple steps:

1. Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, with similar colours to avoid fading.
2. Tumble dry on low
3. Do not use bleach/bleach remover
4. If hanging dry, let it dry at a low temperature, but keep it out of the sun to avoid discolouration.
5. Iron the garment inside out and at a maximum temperature of 110°C.
6. Do not dry clean

Our jewellery is made by fine jewellery brand Beit Sultan. The silver pieces are 925 sterling. The life span can be extended as long as proper and regular care is applied.

Avoid wearing silver jewellery whilst gardening, playing sports or swimming (salt or chlorinated water).

Silver is a highly malleable material, which means that it can be easily deformed. Avoid bending the bracelet frequently, only keep it at a minimum when wearing and removing the bracelet.

Use the cleaning cloth provided to polish lightly tarnished areas and remove dullness.

The blackening of silver is a natural and reversible process, occurring mainly when it comes into contact with sulfur particles contained in the air.

If your silver jewellery has a dark colour or seems to have degraded, this is not due to the quality of the material. This wear is due to the fact that the silver has reacted by creating a thin layer around the metal that has a protective function.

Gold is non-oxidizing, which means that its shine resists the effects of time.

As solid gold is stainless and unalterable to air and water, the precious metal requires minimal maintenance. To clean your gold, use a small amount of liquid soap and gently rub it with a soft brush, before rinsing it with lukewarm water and drying it with a soft, dry cloth. ​
